Sprinkler ITM Services We Coordinate
- Visual and System Inspections: Examination of sprinkler heads, piping, valves and system components for damage, corrosion or obstruction as part of the requested inspection, testing and maintenance scope
- Functional Testing: System evaluation may include main drain tests, water flow tests and alarm verification based on the approved scope and applicable NFPA 25 requirements
- Internal Inspection Review: Internal pipe inspection and obstruction investigation when required by the system or applicable requirements
- Sprinkler Head Replacement: Replacement of damaged, corroded, painted, or aged sprinkler heads
- Sprinkler Valve and Tamper Testing: Control valve, check valve, tamper switch testing, and alarm valve service and replacement
- Pipe Repairs: Partner contractors may assess leaking pipes, fittings and connections within the approved scope
